Tesstudio works diligently to accurately ship all orders as soon as possible. You will receive an order confirmation email from Tesstudio within an hour of placing your order (check your spam box if necessary). At this point, we have your order prioritized in the processing queue. Small packages typically ship within 1-2 business day of ordering if it's in stock. Steering wheel are custom assembled and other bigger parcel may take more business days. During holidays or promotional sale times, order processing may be delayed based on volume. Rest assured, your order is very important to us and we do everything possible to process and ship your order accurately and as quickly as possible! Once your order is processed, a confirming email with tracking number(s) will be emailed to you. It may take 1-2 business days for the tracking number to register and show delivery status updates, depending on the carrier. Occasionally, the carrier will be delayed in updating status.
